The first positive experience with Oscar Murphy was during the Sessions at Mumbai, I really liked the way all concepts were explained, detailed and drilled down to us. It was great the way you took painstaking effort to ensure we all understood everything.
Other than just taking away concepts of psychometrics, I also learned a lot about people and personalities. This learning has helped me to understand myself better, along with, how I should work with others.

OMi was able to bring out the blue print of an individual through psychometric assessmentscoupled with powerful trainings. The experts pinpoint areas of strengths and weakness and work on it in a customised, focused and periodic manner.
The suggestions given were very correct and the company could make use of it to deploy the talent in the right direction.
I am really happy to use psychometric analysis in the areas like selection, coaching, career progression, training and effective utilization of resources.
